Following the fire caused by the failed engine of a refrigerator which had declared itself in the pole of medicine at the Louis-Constant Fleming hospital center on May 8, 2016, the services of the CH had to reorganize. The medical service had thus been transferred to surgery, surgery in maternity and maternity in pediatrics. A year later, the services are gradually reclaiming their wing.
The refurbishment of the 24-bed medical center provided an opportunity to renovate the other services. A vast project has been started for an amount of 900 euros. The medical service with 000 beds has been completely refurbished, as has the surgery-anesthesia service. Its reopening in its initial wing took place Wednesday May 17.
