District Council No. 4 is pleased to renew "Halloween Night", a night cycling trip intended mainly for children in the community.
The start of this 3rd edition is scheduled for Saturday at 18 p.m. at the Agrément roundabout. Like in previous years, this original event is a clear and popular success. The organizers expect many participants only by bike and of course in disguise!
Note that scooters and motorcycles are prohibited throughout the route which begins at Agrément to continue at Marigot, Sandy-Ground, Concordia, the arrival being scheduled at La Sucrerie.
