The flu epidemic is on the decline, but is not over. Due to variations from one week to the next, we must remain vigilant and apply measures to limit the spread of germs, reports the bulletin of the Interregional Epidemiology Unit Antilles-Guyana (CIRE). Since the start of the epidemic, 1.440 cases have been estimated in Saint-Martin. Over weeks 15 and 16, around sixty consultations with a general practitioner were recorded. During this period, the emergency room activity at the hospital was calm with only one visit for the flu. In Saint-Barthélemy, clinically suggestive cases remain above the maximum values expected for the season. The prefecture has posted recommendations online to protect itself from the virus. _EH
