0

Since the start of the epidemic in Saint-Martin, 1380 cases of conjunctivitis have been estimated, according to the latest special bulletin on epidemiological surveillance, published by Santé Publique France. The epidemic on our territory therefore continues to grow with 160 cases in week 26 and 350 cases in week 27. Regarding emergency visits to the Louis Constant Fleming hospital center, ten were recorded in week 26 and five in week 27. In Saint -Barthélemy, the weekly number of consultations, for three weeks with a general practitioner, oscillates between three and six evocative cases. The Antilles are strongly affected by this epidemic: in Guadeloupe, 9700 cases have been recorded and 15.670 cases in Martinique. _EH
