About two hundred COM and CTOS agents (out of more than 1150 in total), who answered the call from the Saint-Martin section of the UTC-UGTG union, have been on indefinite strike since Wednesday 30 January. These negotiations will focus on the first four points of the eighteen strikers' demands.

• the communication of orders related to the appointment of contractual agents who have never signed a contract, in office since 2014 and resulting from the memorandum of understanding of July 12, 2018
• all the orders for the reconstitution of careers, reclassification following the various letters from agents and the orders after the plan and proposal of the CAP and advancement of grades
• the organization of extracurricular and extracurricular activities
• the payment of reminders and the increase in the compensation plan for the years 2017-2018
