Galisbay: a week of crusade at the carnival village

0

The association of evangelical churches of Saint-Martin started last Sunday its 17th annual crusade on the theme "restoration" at the carnival village of Galisbay.

This association brings together several Haitian evangelical churches on both sides of the island. It was a parade in white, highlighting the youth of member churches, which launched the crusade; a way for them to increase the sense of responsibility among these young people. According to Thomas Toussaint, the secretary of the association, one of the objectives of the crusade is the restoration and reconciliation of Christian families. Without forgetting the consolidation of the intergenerational bond of the members of the churches of the island. To debate the chosen theme “restoration”, it was the orator Jean-Paul Charles, doctor of theology, who was the guest of honor at this edition. Besides the preaching of the gospel and the monitoring of the smooth running of the associated churches, the association also intends to organize cultural, sports and social activities, including beach cleaning sessions, etc. The secretary launches an invitation to all interested who want to take part in this crusade._K.L.
