Following the Saint-Martin Cup last weekend with the finals in the U13, U15 and Seniors categories on the program.
In the U13s, the final pitted Juventus de Saint-Martin against United Stars. Gilles Petit's protégés largely dominated the debates to impose themselves most logically on the score without appeal from three to zero. Note also the very good performance of André Richardson, one of the great hopes of Saint-Martin football.
The fateful penalty shootout…
On the U15 side, spectators had the chance to attend a meeting rich in twists and turns. Indeed, at the end of regulation time, Juniors Stars and Saint-Louis Stars were tied two goals everywhere. It was therefore necessary to decide between the two teams during the famous penalty shootout. And it was finally Junior Stars who proved to be the most skilful in this exercise (3-2).
Bis repeated for the seniors where again, the final decision was decided on penalties. Throughout the ninety minutes, Saint-Louis Stars and Attackers were neutralized, the defenses regularly taking precedence over the attacks.
