This Friday, January 14, the election of the new management committee of the Saint-Martin Football League was held at the Fantastic Hotel in Concordia, as provided for in the statutes of the French Football Federation (FFF). An election rather unsurprisingly, Aristide Conner interim president for more than a year having been the only one with his list to seek a new mandate.

10 clubs affiliated with the League of Saint Martin with the exception of Juventus were all represented (number of votes according to the number of license n-1) to elect the new team.

After about 1h30 of formalities, Aristide Conner and his list obtained 31 votes out of 34 (91%).

President Conner will not be the only one to lead Saint-Martin football. He will have at his side, Wesley Jeffrey, treasurer, Marc Menard who was a member until now, will now be secretary general, Ms. Jacotin Lourdie, Ms. Felix Clarisse and Jeroen Van-Dorresteijn remain members of the office while Lou Baly will now take care of the arbitrators. and various commissions.

Welcome to the newly elected

New elected officials are appearing within the League. Namely, Olivier Manicom as doctor, Jean-Louis Richards, educator, Serge Weinum and Kathy Afrika, members of the office.

The president and his team rely a lot on their various collaborations with the other leagues of the Antilles but also those of the neighboring islands to develop football in Saint-Martin.

We will soon come back to the objectives of this term of office which is already working in favor of sportsmen from Saint-Martin, all lovers of the round ball!
