Elected officials meeting in plenary on Wednesday, November 14, voted on the tax rates for 2019.
For the eleventh consecutive year, the community does not change its tax rates for the following year and maintains those introduced in 2008, except that of the property tax on undeveloped properties set in 2011.
So the rates for 2019 remain:
- property tax on built properties: 47,30%
- property tax on non-built properties: 121,58%
- contribution of business licenses: 25,76%
- additional tax on business license contributions: 2,81%
- additional right to the index license fee: 2,81%
- household waste management tax: 14,70%
With regard to income tax 2019, elected officials have chosen, as in previous years, to revalue the scale by following the evolution of the national price index excluding tobacco from 2018 compared to 2017, i.e. + 1,6 , XNUMX%.
