The SXMusic festival dedicated to electro music will take place from March 9 to 13 on both parts of the island. This Tuesday, the Kontiki at Orient Bay will welcome the very first free party at the end of the day to get in the mood.
During this first electronic music festival in the Caribbean, the best Djs of this discipline will be present on the island including Jamie Jones, Dubfire, Guy Gerber, Maceo Plex, Yokoo, Jesse Zotti or Gab Rhome. From tomorrow, sessions will be offered from noon to midnight at the Palm Beach in Orient Bay. The party will continue on the Dutch side at Tantra and Sky Beach at Maho and at Shore at Simpson Bay.
On the initiative of this project supported by the Saint-Martin Tourist Office, the DJ and Quebec producer Julian Arbia who intends to attract crowds from around the world. “Festival-goers will attend an event in constant evolution, dynamic, which will sublimate the unique beauty of the island. We have an international team at the head of our scenography and production with a back ground extremely experienced in the organization of this type of events, "he said.
To fully benefit from the festival, shuttles will be set up and will ensure the connection between the two parts of the island.
