Jacinth Hunkins, a 15-year-old student from St. Maarten Academy School, is at the top of the essay competition in the senior division of the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA), announced The St. Maarten Tourist Bureau ( STB). "If you were a cruise passenger, what would you like to see and do at your destination" is the theme of this year's competition. The winner was notably awarded a scholarship of $ 3000.
