The government has extended recruitment aid for SMEs by decree published last December in the Official Journal. Launched in early 2016, the “SME hiring” scheme will be offered to employers until June 30, 2017. This aid can be combined with other schemes, including the exemption from LODEOM contributions. This system should “encourage small and medium-sized enterprises with fewer than 250 employees to hire. The latter can thus benefit from a quarterly bonus of € 500 during the first two years of the contract, or € 4 in total ”, indicates the regional directorate for business, competition, consumption, labor and employment (DIECCTE) of Guadeloupe through the press. _EH
