The territorial elections will take place on Sundays March 20 and 27 in Saint-Martin. Citizens will be called upon to elect the new territorial council made up of 23 members. This is a list ballot.
LApplications must be submitted to the prefecture between Monday, February 21, 8 a.m. and Friday, March 4, 18 p.m. In the event of a second round, the candidates must submit their list to the prefecture between Monday March 21 at 8 a.m. and March 22 at 18 p.m.
The electoral campaign for the first round will be open from Monday March 7 at midnight and will end on Saturday March 19 at midnight. For the second round, it will run from midnight Wednesday March 23 to midnight Saturday March 26.
Regarding the order of display on the panels, the lists will be placed according to the draw which will take place on Friday March 4 at 18:30 p.m. in the prefecture. In the event of a second round, the order of the first will be retained.
