This election is of the majority type and concerns only the large voters. Parliamentarians and territorial advisers from each community are thus considered.
Thus, for the collectivity of Saint-Barthélemy, the main voters are Claire GUION-FIRMIN, member of parliament, Michel MAGRAS, outgoing senator, Bruno MAGRAS, president of the territorial council and the 18 territorial advisers.
For the community of Saint-Martin, the main voters are Claire GUION-FIRMIN, MP, Guillaume ARNELL, outgoing senator, Daniel GIBBS, president of the territorial council and the 22 territorial advisers.
The candidacy for these senatorial elections took place from Monday September 7 to Friday September 11 at 18 p.m. The electoral code specifies that the candidate's replacement must be of the opposite sex.
