An exemption has been established for the reception of children of personnel essential to the management of the health crisis received in certain establishments this week. Due to the tense health situation in the Antilles, the start of the school year has been postponed to September 13 for all students in public and private education and training establishments, schools, colleges and high schools in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin.
In order to limit the impact on the organization of parents working in sectors linked to the management of the health crisis, the National Education services have set up a reception system aimed at receiving the children of staff essential to management of the health crisis. Regarding public establishments, these are the Mont des Accords college and the Emile Choisy school. For private establishments, the Happy School, the waterfront school and the Jean de la Fontaine school.
