In Paris in many districts of the 20rd arrondissement, the median rent of a 40 m2 is 815 €, in the 16rd from € 985, to Maison Alfort from € 728, to Levallois Perret from € 860.
• Area between 50 and 55 square meters
In Saint-Martin for an apartment with an area of 50 m2, it takes between 750 € in Quartier d'Orléans and 1 € in Orient Bay. We found announcements at € 250 at Friar's Bay, € 950 at Anse Marcel and € 963 for a 1 m177 in Concordia.
