At the Hotel de la Collectivité, the Prime Minister of Sint Maarten William Marlin presented some elements of the construction project of the new wastewater treatment plant (STEU) in Cole Bay during the last tripartite meeting with the services of the 'State and COM. He thus evoked the possibility of creating an artificial island on the lagoon of Simpson in order to build this station there. This project is part of the Saint-Martin / Sint Maarten cross-border European cooperation program.
