VCG - Avenir Sportif Club Of Saint-Martin
Organized jointly by the Vélo-Club de Grand-Case and the Avenir Sportif Club de Saint-Martin, the Duathlon took place last Sunday in Grand-Case with 5, 5 km of running, 22 km of cycling and finally, a final loop of 5 km of running.
You had to be early Sunday near the Cultural Center of Grand-Case to see the best Duathlon specialists! In fact, the start of the first race was given at 7 a.m. Very quickly, two athletes took the lead in order to take the lead and never leave it.
Special mention to Grégory Pigeon, solo victorious among men, in front of Erwan Gentil and Tom De Visser.
It was also a great race for Caroline Delplanque, winner in the individual classification for women.
Finally, congratulations to Adelio Brooks, who won first place among the juniors and to Dean Hodge, best cyclist. _AF
