Delphine, boss of the young and promising company Donuts Boat Party supported by Initiative Saint Martin Active, was one of the latter. Already charmed by this atypical idea and Frustrated at not seeing them in operation since the passage of the hurricane, the new business manager seized the opportunity to buy these four donut boats and moved to Baie Nettlé. An essential activity on the Seine in Paris, the barbecue on the water is all the more memorable on the lagoon of Saint Martin. The 6 horsepower engine allows navigation without a boat license, Delphine will take care of giving a short training to the captain who will take the helm of this small unsinkable and fully equipped vessel to ensure a great day. Each privatized boat can accommodate up to 10 people on board and a large parasol will provide shade for everyone. The barbecue sits in the central basin and is fueled with ecological charcoal and a 100% natural firelighter. The boat is rented for the day, with a departure between 10 a.m. and noon and a return before dark, at 17 p.m. or 18 p.m. Even if Delphine adapts to all requests, two main formulas are proposed: for a price of 250€ covering the rental of the donut with the provision of the barbecue, parasol, cooler, thermos, crockery, charcoal and bluetooth speaker for an atmosphere music of your choice, you bring your own grills and drinks to sail on the lagoon with this freedom to eat where you want and when you want. For those who prefer the "all inclusive" option, count 65 € per person (with a minimum of 4 people) which will include the rental of the boat and the accessories mentioned above, a menu composed of Caribbean salads in individual portions (caleslow, potato and pasta salad), grilled meats (ribs, chicken thighs, sausages, merguez sausages and chicken skewers), fresh fruit salad concocted by La Perle Bleue, bread, coffee and a bag of ice, with the sole prerogative of living a unique experience by dropping anchor when it's time to light the barbecue. For swimmers, each boat is equipped with a ladder.
