As part of the “Cruise Fever Fan Awards”, the Carnival Vista - the newest ship of the Carnival Cruise Line - received the honors. Readers of the Cruise Fever site awarded her the award for best cruise ship in 2016 (for new ships). In second place in this ranking, we find Harmony of the Seas, followed by Ovation of the Seas, MS Koningsdam, Viking Sea and Seven Seas Explorer. This 4th edition, which rewarded several categories, collected more than 10.000 votes on the site. Carnival Vista made its inaugural visit last November to Sint Maarten. During the plate exchange, Captain Stefano Batinelli said he was honored to be on the island aboard the company's largest ship.
