The deminers of Guadeloupe will carry out an operation of destruction of the expired rockets in Saint-Martin.
On this occasion, holders of expired rockets are invited to deposit them until June 19 at:
- Eco-site of Grand Caye, landfill route - Cul de Sac
(open Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 00 p.m. and Saturday 16 a.m. to 00 p.m.)
- Island Water World, 67 rue Charles Tondu - Marigot
(open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 00 p.m. and 13 p.m. to 00 p.m. and Saturday 14 a.m. to 00 p.m.).
The prefecture of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin calls for good citizenship and everyone's responsibility to avoid accidents, fires and environmental degradation caused by the wild abandonment of this type of dangerous material, which also constitutes an offense
liable to be sanctioned by the judicial authority.
