Kizomba, salsa, bachata, merengue, kiz… From today, Saint-Martin will live for three days to the rhythm of Latin and African dances. The local association Afrolatin'Move organizes until June 16 inclusive the tenth edition of its annual dance festival.

Kizomba is a dance of Angolan origin, a mixture of zouk, compass and semba. One of the masters of this dance today practiced all over the world is Gilles de Souza who will host, as part of the festival, courses open to both beginners and more experienced.

The first two will take place at Snack Shack (La Savane) on the 14th and at the Jungle (Simpson Bay) on the 15th, from 19 to 21 p.m. The price of the course is 20 euros per person per day. The last will take place on Saturday June 16 at the Mercure hotel from 14:30 p.m. to 18:30 p.m. Its price is 40 euros. People wishing to participate in the three courses can buy a pass for 70 euros.

Each session will be followed by an evening whose entry is free. The public can come in the evening without having attended the course.
