The Lions Club of Saint-Martin recently gave books to the students of elementary and kindergarten schools in Quartier d'Orléans and Sandy-Ground, the objective being to be able to complete the library of its schools.
The Lions Club would like to thank the Lions Club of Montjoly "Force et action" in Guyana, which is behind this project and which took action to help Saint-Martin.
These are fun and educational books that Lions Club members wanted to bring to children, a good way for them to get away from it all and find some of their imagination.
The 300 books were ordered from the bookstore of the Islands of Saint-Martin, which also offered several copies. Thank you to her and to the members of the Lions Club of Saint-Martin! _AF
