During the last Territorial Council, the president of the Community Daniel Gibbs drew up a report concerning the first months of his mandate. For the administrative part, the president recalled that he had toured the services which will be restructured. The organizational audit is in preparation: "Thanks to our partnership with AFD with which we are in discussion, this audit will not cost the Community a penny," he said in the preamble. An internal skills sharing support system will be put in place. Regarding the tax component, the president clarified that a market was recently published for the launch of the tax audit, the objective of which is to move towards “simple” and “efficient in its collection” taxation._EH
