The concert organized by the Collectivity of Saint-Martin drew a large audience to attend the fireworks and the brilliant performances by local artists.
Several hundred people came to the Marigot Sea Front to attend the Peace Concert on January 1 organized by the Collectivité.
The public was first able to appreciate the well-choreographed dance performances by young students from the Mansoura and Rythm and Groove schools.
Then, the traditional fireworks that marked the start of the year was simply spectacular and the crowd made it known by applauding at length after it was over.
Finally, many local artists went on stage to surround the crowd until late in the evening with among others King James, the winner of the Road March 2018, Sean J, Natisha Hanson and especially Oswald, who delivered an absolutely exceptional performance since he performed several of his hits, went downstairs to dance with the public and performed one of his a cappella songs at the request of the MC host of the event.
A superb evening that allowed the public to start the new year well.
