"We have received the validation of the prefecture for this development" announced Jean-Sébastien Roca, who explains that in the interest of the COM and the population, the architectural firm commissioned initially to carry out a diagnosis of the building and a security project, will be the prime contractor for the rest of the work. “After discussing it with the legality check in the presence of the President and the entire COM team, the prefect authorized us to continue with this company since it was for the benefit of the COM, which makes us save considerable time: seven months. The schedule announced is as follows: validation of the project at the end of May, filing of the permit in July, start of demolition and securing in summer 2021, start of work in the last quarter of 2021 then delivery in the last quarter of 2022.
The estimated budget amounts to 3 euros, including 940 for demolition and cleaning, 000 for securing and protection of the building, and 660 euros for interior refurbishment work. The State (FEI) finances 000 million euros, React EU Vert 540 euros and the COM pays 000 euros from its own funds.
