French Red Cross: Party atmosphere at Nina Duverly school!

0

Volunteers from the French Red Cross and the team of shelter managers offered a snack and gifts to families staying at the Nina Duverly school last Saturday from 14 p.m. to 17 p.m.

Thanks to donations of toys from the French Red Cross in Martinique and a Fondation de France association, the children were doubly spoiled.

The parents also were not forgotten, they received a nice gift lovingly prepared by the shelter teams.

The children enjoyed the trampoline and the cotton candy, popcorn and other sweets that made them happy.

In terms of entertainment, Jérémie Huot and Cédric Benjamin set the mood throughout the afternoon. Families needed it to boost their spirits after the devastating effects of Irma.

We thank all the volunteers as well as the community staff who work daily to support these families housed in the school. _AF
