Covid-19: Two new deaths in four days in Dutch part

The authorities of Sint Maarten deplored the day before yesterday a 32nd death due to covid-19. This is the second death in four days. Last week, 48 new cases were confirmed in the Dutch part, 10 fewer than the week before. Since the beginning of June, 107 people have tested positive for covid-19; this brings to 2 the total number of contamination since March 532, of which 2020 people are declared cured. Six patients are hospitalized.

As of June 14, 35 doses of Pfizer vaccine have been administered; 303 people are fully vaccinated and 15 have received a single dose. (soualigapost.com)
