Meeting in plenary session on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, the Saint-Martin Executive Council approved the making available to the public of a deliberation project of the Territorial Council relating to new urban planning procedures post Irma.
With regard to the hazard map updated by the state, the procedures put in place and questions from the population, the Territorial Council must indeed specify the town planning procedures applicable in Saint-Martin, by further deliberation.
The new urban planning rules adopted by the community taking into account the new hazard map will therefore be ratified by a deliberation of the Territorial Council, next March. The community invites the population to give its opinion on this deliberation project.
The consultation is open to the public between 08 and 28 February 2018. You can give your opinion on the Community website (click on the sticker provided for this purpose), www.com-saint-martin.fr or go to the Urban Planning department, located in the temporary buildings of the Community , rue Jean Fayel in Concondia (open from 8 a.m. to 15 p.m.). A book of grievances is provided for this purpose.
The Collectivity of Saint-Martin invites the population to give its opinion on this deliberation project.
