A student of BTS, Ashille Brooks is the new president of the territorial youth council (CTJ). He describes himself in both English and French as "passionate about administration management, human resources and personal development". In addition to wanting to add the CTJ as an advisory body in the organic law, he wishes to set up a project so that young people can travel outside the territory and develop urban and beach sports activities since the sports infrastructure is damaged.
