Legislative: Claire Javois and Inès Bouchaut-Choisy qualified for the second round

After the counting of all the offices in the constituency, Claire Javois and Inès Bouchaut-Choisy lead the first round of the legislative elections and are qualified for the second round. They won 1538 and 1286 votes respectively.

Jacques Hamlet obtained 1122 votes while in 2012 he had collected only 511 votes.

In Saint-Martin, Claire Javois collected 1119 votes and 419 votes in Saint-Barth.

In Saint-Martin, Inès Bouchaut-Choisy collected 850 votes and 436 votes in Saint-Barth.

The results were validated Sunday by the commission of census of the votes.

The final results:

• Benoît Chauvin: 3,13%

• Cyril Dieumegard: 0,32%

• Claire Javois: 26,01%

• Marthe January: 10,15%

• Patricia Chance-Duzant: 2,15%

• Inès Bouchaut-Choisy: 21,75%

• Jacques Hamlet: 18,98%

• Gregory Isambourg: 0,46%

• Patrick Ouvrard: 4,72%

• Richard Lédée: 1,03%

• Anne Karine Fleming: 3,65%

• René Arnell: 5,60%

• René-Jean Duret: 2,05%
