Press release: Canal + Antilles

0

Many of our CANAL + subscribers suffered damage during Hurricanes Maria and Irma. CANAL + ANTILLES mobilizes and supports them for the restoration of their images and services.

For our subscribers affected by IRMA in the Northern Islands, CANAL + ANTILLES has also taken specific measures in favor of subscribers who have completely lost their installation by temporarily suspending their direct debits and by committing to reinstall these subscribers at their request by taking charge 100% of the intervention.

In Saint-Martin, we are currently studying the possibility of fitting screens in public places to allow the population to have access to information through local channels & our CNEWS news channel. In order to limit waiting time, CANAL + ANTILLES recommends that its subscribers favor contacts by email or calls during off-peak hours, i.e. after 20 p.m. and before 8 a.m. Reminder: for all requests for intervention on collective installations, the subscriber must imperatively contact his lessor or his co-ownership manager. (CANAL + ANTILLES can only intervene at their request). In addition to the call center, CANAL + ANTILLES would like to remind its subscribers of the other contact points: CALL CENTER: 1057 EMAIL: contact@cplus.gp Site: https://www.canalplus-caraibes.com The CANAL + STORE network.

CANAL + ANTILLES thanks all its subscribers for their patience and understanding.
