While the Caisse Territoriale des Œuvres Scolaires (CTOS) was committed to serving a cold meal to all 1st degree children enrolled in school catering, those at Evelina Halley school were simply deprived of meals on Friday 15th. January.
Hence the legitimate anger of parents, teachers and especially children who remained unsatisfied. An unfortunate episode which once again taints the image of CTOS! _AF
