More than 1000 spectators attended last Saturday's Carnival Village the election of the title of Miss Carnival 2019 where seven candidates were in the running.
The show started at 20:30 p.m. and continued until 2 a.m., when the long-awaited results were announced.
After a long suspense, Channelia Chathuant-Richardson finally won the coveted title, ahead of Nayeli Hassel, 1st runner-up, Natoinia Saunders and Tonnacia Mc-Kinnon completing the podium. _AF
