The Eastern Bay Carbets project has nine restaurants. Today, eight authorizations valid for ten years for the construction of an establishment have been granted, signifying that the works can begin. The beneficiaries are Maurice Jermin (Pirate), Natalie Pley (Aloa), Luc Sasia (Aloa), Lionel Paviani (Le String beach), Laurent Muguet (Brice Paradise), Charles Arrindell, Monique Hyman (Brother's restaurant) and Léandre Carti (Leandra's ).
Two AOTs were granted in August on the condition that the two managers settle their debt or sign a moratorium; the estimated amounts due by the COM amount to 36 and 200 euros. They correspond to previous AOT rents.
The rent for a restaurant is set at 1 euros per month. The COM carries out the common parts and the tradesmen build the restaurants according to very precise specifications.
A restaurateur who had already obtained an AOT in January, started the construction of his establishment but did not respect the rules; he built the concrete building with concrete blocks. It has been subject to control by the authorities; the file was transmitted to the public prosecutor's office which decided to prosecute it.
