The first of the four stages of the Beach-Volley Championship took place last Sunday on the Galion beach and saw the victory of the duo Valérie Damaseau - Audrey Gilles.
Despite the gloomy weather, twelve teams responded to the organizers' call. Players from Saint-Martin, Sint-Maarten and Saint-Barthélemy offered a quality show throughout the day.
In terms of results, Valérie Damaseau and her teammate, Audrey Gilles won the final against Fabienne Morcennat and Lyvie Sylvestre on the score of two sets to one.
The 2nd stage of the Beach-Volley Championship is scheduled for April 10, again on Galion Beach in the presence of the best players from the North Islands._AF
