FCBT international tournament
The international tournament organized last weekend by the Friendly Caribbean Beach-Tennis Association was a resounding success on Palm Beach. And the favorites have risen to the occasion!
Beautiful games, hard fought matches, the international tournament (Grade 3) of the FCBT has kept all its promises at Orient Bay.
In men, the world number 1 in the discipline, the Italian, Alessandro Calbucci, associated with Mark Bonfigli, won this 2015 edition by winning in the final against the pair Riviera-Helmut. Note that the French number 1 at the ITF, Régis Courtois, lost in the semi-final against the future winners of the tournament.
On the women's side, hats off to Julie Labrit and Marisa Mora who made the pass of three. Indeed, after winning in Saint-Barthélemy and during the SMBT tournament in Saint-Martin, the two champions achieved the treble last Saturday after their new success in the final obtained at the expense of the duo Rénata Haoues - Aline Arnaud.
