It is well known, travel forms the youth! After welcoming their counterparts from Saint-Barthélemy last month, the young members of Friendly Caribbean Beach-Tennis in Saint-Martin have in turn made the trip to the Karibbean Beach Tennis in Saint-Barth. A real success!
Thirty young enthusiasts were able to benefit from this beautiful sporting and above all friendly exchange. A meeting during which the objectives are multiple: generate inter-island mobility, create links between clubs, young people and parents and approach in a fun and friendly way the youth competition, in particular in the U10 and U12 categories. which are not concerned for homologated tournaments.
More than a hundred doubles and singles matches have taken place as well as numerous activities (basketball, giant paddle, swimming….) To the delight of children and also of parents!
Whether we like it or not, Beach Tennis is an excellent school for “living together” around great values: equality, respect for others, fair play…
The organizers would like to thank all those who contributed to the success of this event between the young champions of the Northern Islands.
Now with a victory everywhere, a nice one is needed to decide between St-Barth and St-Martin. It now remains to define the place and date.
