• FEBECS: Exchange Fund for Educational, Cultural and Sports Purpose
• Objectives: Allows you to participate in the payment of expenses related to transport costs in the context of trips occasioned by cultural events or trips, linguistic stays, competitions or sports meetings. It exclusively targets young people under the age of 30. It can be travel to the metropolis or in the regional environment. The request relates to one or more trips made or planned during the year 2018.
• Modalities The travel assistance request will be written on CERFA n ° 12156-05 (downloadable 1) and sent to the DJSCS of Guadeloupe (323, bd du Général de Gaulle 97100 BASSE-TERRE) or by email at francoise.krynski@drjscs .gouv.fr (to contact for any further information tel: 0590 81 01 06). You must join a RIB.
• The project : The description of the project must include the following information:
• The purpose of the trip
• The destination
• The number of young people (under 30) concerned
• The number of supervisors
• The cost of the trip: a quote or an invoice will be attached to the file if the trip has already been made.
If several trips are planned, each will be the subject of a project sheet.
It is recommended to carry out a project sheet per trip.
• The deadline for returning files is August 15, 2018.
A commission chaired by Madame la Préfète de Saint-Barth et Saint-Martin will decide in early September on the list of projects selected.
