On August 16 in the afternoon of Toby, an adorable 3-year-old Chihuahua mysteriously vanished. Toby is a male and he is the mascot of a business in the center of backwater. He would have been seen in Quartier d'Orléans last week and would therefore be in good health but separated from his mistress. Toby is very sociable, brown in color, his eyes blink a lot as if he was eyeing you! He is easily approached because he is used to rubbing shoulders with his mistress' customers. It won't bite if you try to catch it. He and his mistress are very attached to each other and Toby risks starving himself if he does not quickly find his environment and his mistress. A reward will be given to the person who finds Toby and brings her back safe and sound to her mistress.
