Last weekend, the territory of Saint-Martin was bereaved by two dramatic accidents which claimed the lives of four young people. Faced with its two dramatic events and to limit the psychological problems that some people might encounter, the prefecture of the Northern Islands asked the ARS (Regional Health Agency) to set up a medical and psychological assistance unit.
