Monday August 6, a traffic accident occurred in the Dutch part around 7:50 am.
According to the report cited by the police in Sint Maarten, CS, the driver of a small car, a 63-year-old man, experienced discomfort while driving while driving on the Walter Nisbeth road.
The driver then lost control of his vehicle and struck the central median in stone at a roundabout. The victim lost consciousness and was treated on the spot by the paramedics but died soon after. A doctor declared the death and the body of the victim was returned to his family.
