A man and a woman aged 40 and 42 respectively were sentenced by the Court of First Instance of Sint Maarten to four years in prison each for acts of child pornography.
The man forced his girlfriend's son to have sex. And the companion, the mother of the six-year-old boy, instead of preventing the acts, filmed them and then sent the video to several people.
The mother was sentenced for possession of child pornography and complicity in sexual acts perpetrated on her minor son. As for his companion, he was found guilty of sexual acts on the boy he was raising as his own son. (soualigapost.com)
