The Executive Council approved the deliberation aimed at opening the project management competition for the construction of the future college 900 de la Savane. This college of 35 classes will have an approximate useful surface of 4900m2, its terrain is around 9500m2.
Its commissioning is scheduled for September 2022. Its funding amounts to 21 M € including 15 M € financed by the Ministry of National Education, 3M € by the Ministry of Overseas Territories for the protection of populations against major risks (cyclone shelter) and € 3M financed by the Collectivité of Saint-Martin.
The cost of the project management being greater than € 221000, the procedure to be implemented is that of the restricted competition on “sketch +” in application of the public order code.
This is how several candidates are invited to participate by the contracting authority to propose a project. Applicants able to continue the work will be selected by the jury.
The members of the executive council voted favorably at the opening of the competition.
