While on patrol at Concordia, the gendarmes check the driver of a scooter around midnight. It turns out that the latter does not have a license; the two-wheeler is then seized.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, the thirty-year-old pilot only holds a permit from his country and has never exchanged his title in the year following obtaining his residence permit, as required by law. His license is therefore not legal in France, he is in violation which is why he has to appear before the criminal court of Saint-Martin.

To the gendarmes he explained that the scooter which he starts by rubbing the wires, was that of a friend. He also asked them if he could recover it, but the two wheels were confiscated and only the court can order his return.

The 300-year-old was fined XNUMX euros. The judge also ordered the forfeiture of the scooter. (Source: www.soualigapost.com)
