The Saint Martin court fined a man 3 euros for organizing trips illegally, in other words for being a travel agent without being declared. It was the organization of a cruise for around thirty people that led him to court. He had negotiated an attractive price with a travel agency based in Sint Maarten and at the last moment, the cruise was canceled. He had cashed the participants' checks and returned the entire amount to the travel agency.
