Kick off 3rd congress of the children of the values of the Republic takes place this Tuesday, at 9 am, at the cultural center of Sandy Ground, in the presence of Michel Sanz, the representative of the rector.
It is the education service of the Northern Islands which proposes this project of “Ambassadors of the values of the Republic” as part of the mobilization of the school for these values. Jean-Luc Elice, secularism referent of the Northern Islands, explains that it is about “a meeting between the 12 ambassador classes” which will present “a value in the form of a playlet, poem, etc”. In detail, nine classes from elementary schools in Saint-Martin, one class from Saint-Barthélemy and two 6th grade classes from the Quartier d'Orléans college and the school city will take part in this event: a total of nearly 300 students.
