As part of the awareness campaign for breast cancer screening “Pink October”, the Territorial Youth Council is organizing a Free Zumba session “ZUMBA, PINK IT IS! », This Saturday, October 27, 2018, from 19 p.m. to 20 p.m., at the sports hall of the Jean-Louis Vanterpool stadium in Marigot-Concordia.
The Zumba session is offered by the “Fitness Attitude” association, a partner of the Saint-Martin community and the Junior Territorial Council (CTJ). Participants are invited to wear a PINK colored top.
Through this action, the Junior Territorial Council wishes to invest in this cause and raise public awareness of the risks of cancer and the importance of screening. In the same spirit, daily publications will be posted on the CTJ Facebook page, from October 22 to 31, 2018, to continue awareness-raising actions.
