An employee of the Community who occupied a position of responsibility received from the Community on December 19 a letter informing her that she was terminating her secondment contract with the COM several months before the end of her contract.
The employee did not understand the reason for this sudden decision, especially since she had never been called for a prior interview. Therefore, she seized the judge in summary proceedings. A few weeks later, the employee received a second letter “canceling” the first. The COM has changed its position and mentions there "its intention to end the procedure for the end of secondment from February 28, 2017" and, its desire to "implement a procedure relating to the end of function in a functional job " Consequently, the President of the Court considered that there was no longer any need to rule on the procedure initiated in December.
