As part of the Marigot Bay development project, the elected officials discussed the system of exposed land during the last Territorial Council.
This project will “require the removal of land from the action of the waves of the sea in order to be able to clear part of the land”, according to the presentation of the Community. At the legal level, this supposes the classification of these zones “in the private domain of the Collectivity, by derogation from the law of the metropolis, in order to be able to possibly transfer these to the partners of the operation”.
